Shipping policy
At ozoncart.com we are committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. This policy outlines all the important details about order processing, shipping methods, delivery times, and costs.
1. Order Processing Time
· What it is: This is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. This includes payment verification, packaging, and quality control.
· Processing Duration: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
· Important Note: If we are experiencing high order volumes or unexpected delays, the current processing time will be clearly displayed at the top of our website and at checkout.
2. Shipping Destinations
· Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States, Canada, Australia, united kingdom & Europen Schengen zone only.
· International Shipping: We are not currently offer international shipping at this time.
· If you do: We are not liable loss or damig associated your items and cost. Please see the "International Shipping" section below for more details.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery address.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by the ozoncart.com They begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed.
4. International Shipping (If Applicable)
For international orders, please be aware of the following:
· Customs & Import Duties: You are the importer of record for any international order. Any customs, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country's government are your responsibility. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and we have no control over them.
· Shipping Times: International delivery times can vary significantly due to customs processing.
· Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct, including your phone number. Incorrect addresses can lead to significant delays or lost packages.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Ozoncart.com is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. We are also not liable for any delays in delivery caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or customs.
· Lost in Transit: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors and your local post office. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact us at team.ozoncart@gmail.com within 3 days of the marked delivery date, and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
· Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at team.ozoncart@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will gladly work with you to find a solution.
Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For assistance with returns, kindly email us at team.ozoncart@gmail.com. Our team will then guide you through the process and provide the designated shipping address for your return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
